This warranty applies for a period of 3 years starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable on manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, mishandling, unauthorised repair, negligence, tampering, normal wear & tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids and exposure to rain/water. This warranty does not cover accidents or damage caused by the airlines/transportation vehicle. Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this warranty card is subject to Indian laws having Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
