PVR INOX E-Gift Card can also be redeemed partially, as many times as a user wishes to, till its balance is consumed or it expires, whichever is earlier. PVR INOX E-Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase/activation. This PVR E-Gift Card is suitable for all gifting purposes and can be redeemed on the PVR INOX website & Mobile App. If lost/misused, the PVR INOX E-Gift Card(s) cannot be replaced. PVR INOX E-Gift Cards are void if resold, cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past the expiry date. How does a customer redeem their Gift Card online? - To redeem a Gift Card online, the customer simply selects the option to pay with a Gift Card at checkout and enters the Gift Card number and PIN. Can a customer use their Gift Card for multiple transactions? - Yes, a customer can use their Gift Card for multiple transactions until the total balance is exhausted or till the Gift Card expiry, whichever comes first. Can a customer use their Gift Card to purchase both movie tickets and food & beverages in the same transaction? - Yes, a customer can use their Gift Card to pay for both movie tickets and food & beverages in a single transaction online. Can a customer reload their Gift Card? - Currently, reloading Gift Cards is not available. Once the balance is exhausted, a new Gift Card must be purchased. Does a customer's Gift Card have an expiration date? - Yes, Gift Cards typically have an expiration date. Customers should check the terms and conditions for the specific validity period of their Gift Card. Can a customer check the balance of their Gift Card? - Yes, customers can check their Gift Card balance online or at any PVR INOX cinema. Can a customer get a refund on their Gift Card? - Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. What happens if a customer's purchase exceeds the balance on their Gift Card? - If a customer's purchase amount exceeds the balance on their Gift Card, they can pay the remaining amount using another payment method. E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours. This E- Gift Card can be redeemed only at selected outlets. No refund of cash will be made for any items purchased with the E-gift card. E-Gift card cannot be used to purchase movie vouchers and candy bar vouchers. This E-Gift card does not guarantee seating and ticket availability.
