By purchasing a drone, the buyer acknowledges responsibility for applicable UIN registration/transfer, Registered Pilot Certificate (RPC), where applicable, and flight/zone authorisation, operating only in Green Zones, and never in Yellow or Red Zones without prior authorisation. The seller and buyer shall be responsible for their respective compliance and indemnify the platform, against claims, penalties or regulatory action arising from their breach or non-compliance.
