This warranty covers only technical issues related to remote performance such as non-working buttons or signal problems. Physical damage, burn, broken body, water damage, or improper usage is not covered under warranty. Please note that this is a compatible replacement remote for Dish TV setup box (MKG1016 model) and does not include batteries in the package.
