Flipkart Digital Gift Card

1. Go to www.flipkart.com (or the Flipkart Mobile App / m-site) and click "Account" 2. Select the 'Saved Credit / Debit & Gift Cards' section 3. Under the Gift Cards section , select ' ADD FLIPKART GIFT CARD' 4. Enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and PIN. 5. The gift card gets added to your account and you can redeem it during checkout. Select the items you want to purchase. Pay any remaining balance using Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery cannot be used for the balance amount.

1. Issuance. Flipkart Gift Cards ("GCs" or "Gift Cards") are issued by Pine Labs Limited ("Pine Labs"), a company incorporated under the laws of India and authorised by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards. 2. Redemption Avenues. Gift Cards can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on www.flipkart.com, the Flipkart Mobile App, or the Flipkart m-site ("Platform") only. Flipkart/Pine Labs reserves the right to add or remove redemption options at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. This includes, without limitation, redemption against Flipkart Minutes, which may be enabled or disabled from time to time. 3. Purchase Methods. Gift Cards can be purchased on www.flipkart.com or the Flipkart Mobile App using Credit Card, Debit Card, EMI, or Net Banking only. 4. Payment Mode. Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting "Gift Card" as the payment mode. This option is available for single orders with multiple sellers. 5. Exclusions. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Flipkart Gift Cards, Flipkart First subscriptions, or Gold and Silver products on the Platform. 6. Bulk Purchases. Gift Cards cannot be used to make bulk purchases on the Platform. 7. Balance Payment. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, or Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery cannot be used to pay the balance amount. 8. Remaining Balance. If the order value is less than the Gift Card amount, the outstanding balance will remain on the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions. 9. Validity. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. 10. Revalidation. The cardholder may request revalidation of an expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such a request, the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms. A nominal administrative fee may be applicable, subject to prevailing regulations. 11. Non-Redeemable for Cash. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. 12. Non-Transferability. Gift Cards issued on account of damaged, defective, or missing products must not be transferred to any other account. Pine Labs/Flipkart reserves the right to cancel such Gift Cards if found to have been transferred. 13. Lost or Stolen. Flipkart/Pine Labs is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. 14. Confidentiality. Once a Gift Card has been issued to you, you are obligated to keep the Gift Card PIN and number confidential. In the event of misuse arising from loss of such details through the fault of the purchaser, Flipkart/Pine Labs shall not be held responsible, and no refund will be issued. 15. Disclaimer. Flipkart/Pine Labs assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using Gift Cards, and any liability in this regard is expressly disclaimed. 16. Cancellation. Gift Cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled by the purchaser. Any cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of Flipkart/Pine Labs. 17. Maximum Value. The maximum value of any single Gift Card shall not exceed ?10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only), or such other limit as may be prescribed by the RBI from time to time for non-reloadable Prepaid Payment Instruments. 18. Purchase Limits. You may purchase up to 100 Gift Cards in any 30-day period, with an aggregate value not exceeding ?1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) per month. Purchases exceeding these limits shall be cancelled automatically. 19. Fraud Prevention. Pine Labs/Flipkart reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards found to have been purchased using fraudulent means or through unauthorised third-party vendors, social media groups, or secondary marketplaces. In such cases, funds shall be credited back to the original source. 20. Refunds. Any cancelled Gift Cards will be refunded to the original payment source used at the time of purchase. 21. Suspension. Flipkart reserves the right to temporarily suspend or lock Gift Card redemption if: (i) there is a recent change in the registered Mobile Number or Email ID associated with the account; or (ii) suspicious login activity or multiple failed PIN attempts are detected. 22. KYC Compliance. In the event that KYC details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect or insufficient, Flipkart/Pine Labs retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued. 23. Regulatory Compliance. Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument regulated by the RBI. Flipkart/Pine Labs may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser or redeemer with the RBI or other statutory authorities. Flipkart/Pine Labs will NEVER contact you via phone, email, or SMS to ask for your 16-digit Gift Card number or PIN. 24. No Fees. There are no fees or other charges associated with a Gift Card purchase. 25. Non-Reloadable. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold. 26. Offers. Any offers on Gift Cards, including bank offers and instant cashbacks, may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Flipkart/Pine Labs. 27. Dispute Resolution. For disputes and liability, please refer to the Customer Grievance Policy at https://www.pinelabs.com/grievance-policy/. 28. SMS Language Preference. You may change the language for transaction SMS alerts by writing to support@woohoo.in with your registered mobile number and preferred language. Available languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Punjabi, Malayalam, and Assamese. 29. Design. Product and card design shown is representative only.
