Warranty Summary
ASICS provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in its products ("Products") if
the claim is made within 90 days from the date of purchase

are always happy to assist customers experiencing issues with our products

� All claims must be supported by a valid proof of purchase (invoice/ bill)
Not Covered in Warranty
Any claims based on the following are not covered under ASICS' warranty-
� Any claims raised after 90 days of purchase of the Products are not eligible under the ASICS
Warranty
� Claims for Products without manufacturing defects, even if raised within 90 days, are also not
eligible under the ASICS Warranty, and such claim requests to be turned down
� Products purchased during the End of Season Sale (EOSS) or on discount
� Products purchased from unauthorised sellers. (authorised seller: Asics India, Sports IQ,
eRetail and HSATLASTRADFASHION)
� Normal wear and tear
� Failure to follow Product instructions
� Modification or alteration to the Products
� Discomfort due to incorrect size/model selection
� Damage from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs
� Damage caused by accident, negligence or carelessness
� Natural degradation of colour or component material
� Accessories such as socks, innerwear, caps etc.
Warranty Service Type
Footwear/Apparels/Accessories if perceived to be defective by the end customer Claim will be initiated via email with the required damaged images and the proof of purchase by the customer tocustomer-service-india@asics.com.
